One Contact, One Responsibility
Trade coordination, production follow-up, material procurement and the works programme are our responsibility. When something slips, you are not left searching for who will resolve it.
Budget and Schedule Control
Before construction begins we produce an itemised budget and works programme. Throughout the process we report progress against that plan, making any risk of deviation visible early.
Building the Design as Drawn
The greatest gain of working turnkey is that the detail in the drawing reaches the site intact. Because the team that drew the detail also supervises the build, on-site decisions do not erode the design.

What is included in the turnkey service?

Can I know the budget in advance?
Yes. Once the design is settled we share an itemised budget, and construction proceeds against that approved budget.
Can I commission construction only?
We can take on construction where the design is already complete. In that case we first assess the existing project technically.
